Taking A Break

For someone who made a fuss about becoming a writer...I sure haven't been doing much writing lately. I think it's because I've been feeling that I don't really have anything to say right now. I'm going through a lot of transition in my life right now, and struggling with feeling like I need someone to police my thoughts and words, because I just don't feel qualified to help, or encourage anyone else right now.

I am known for always having an opinion, but it is becoming increasingly important to me that the things I say be right...in the sense of truly being helpful. I don't want to just spout a bunch of nonsense, or share views I may later realize were passion-filled, but not really what I believe.

Struggle is never fun, but I hope to come out the other side of it feeling like I learned something, and that I found something too. Maybe then I'll have something more to share.
